I watched the pilot and I couldn't get into it


I love to watch reruns of both the black-n-white original as well as the 80s/90s TV movies mainly because of my love of the Matlock series. So I was willing to give this version a chance even though I had my doubts based on the promo commercials. I am not sure if it is because of the actors in the reboot or this version seems to give off a similar vibe as the Mike Hammer/The New Mike Hammer TV series (which I loved BTW).
